NaNoWriMo catchup

You may have noticed I haven’t blogged for a while. I feel bad admitting this but November has not been a good month for blogging or NaNoWriMo. It’s especially bad that it’s not been a good month for NaNoWriMo because this isNaNoWriMo Month! It has also been a month where my workload has picked up drastically, I’ve had a million and one social functions to attend (I know – poor me) and I’ve been trying to organise corporate Xmas gifts and a party as well.
Bah Humbug indeed!
On the plus side I was featured in this blog post all about NaNoWriMo. On the downside, now that all my friends and family know about it the pressure has stepped up a notch. I’d like to offer special thanks to my parents for their support. Mum has been a fount of knowledge which was a great relief because I’m not. My Dad has also offered his help as a proofreader and I may take him up on that when I’m ready to start the first edit.
In the meantime I must getting back to novelling. (Is that a word?) Next month I hope to offer more interesting blog posts and maybe a few more recipes so if you’d like to send suggestions I’d be happy to read them.
Happy Novelling!
