		<description>Hi Christine, thanks for your interest! I didn&#039;t know the answer to this so I checked with Delia Smith&#039;s website. Apparently sponges can be frozen in sealed polythene bags or rigid airtight containers. They should last for up to six months and can be defrosted in their containers over a period of two to three hours. It&#039;s important not to add any filling or topping before you freeze them and they should go in the freezer as soon as they&#039;ve cooled. Hope that helps!</description>
