How I work
Quotes – All quotes include two redrafts. If further redrafts are required these shall be billed separately at my usual hourly rate.
I reserve the right to:
- Request a 25% advance payment for projects that are large or spread over a long period of time.
- Use material I have created on your behalf as part of my portfolio, unless you specifically request me not to.
- Refuse any project.
Confidentiality - I will not share any of your personal or confidential commercial information with third parties, unless required to do so by law.
Copyright – I reserve the copyright on all my work until it is fully paid for. This will not infringe on your use of the work prior to payment and following the settlement of your bill all legal rights will be transferred.
Payments
Quotes are provided free of charge with no obligations.
All project fees are to be agreed in advance and will only change if the scope of the project alters or if the project is cancelled. If a project is cancelled before the work is half completed I may amend my charges. If a project is more than half completed I reserve the right to charge in full.
Payments are due 14 days after receiving my invoice.
